Yearly Training Programs

With your membership to ECT, you will have training programs for preseason, inseason, postseason, offseason and summer. Each program is created to help your team build a solid foundation over the course of the year and peak at the right time.

Level System Programming

In our training programs, we have multiple levels for each program. This allows you to follow a plan and continue making progress and gains throughout the year. Continue this program to go from Leve 1 to Level 3 and become elite!

Progressions & Regressions

Within each training program, we have built in progressions to keep you hitting new goals and continuing to make progress. Have an injury or limitations? Use our regressions to keep training as much as you can to speed up your recovery and insure you don’t miss a beat.

All of our elite athletes will not only get the printed (yes, we prefer the printed versions) version of our workout programs to help them stay on track but they will also get access to our TrueCoach app. This will allow the athlete to track their progress and message us with questions via the app.
