AUDRA FRERICKS FOX: MS (Exercise Physiology)

In high school, Audra won a State Championship in volleyball and went to the State Final Four, 4 times in soccer.  While receiving her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Audra was a four year starter for the women’s soccer team at Eastern Illinois University. At EIU, Audra was a 4-time 1st Team All-Conference selection, OVC Conference Player of the Year and won 4 straight conference titles, making it to the NCAA Women’s College Cup each of those fours years. While receiving her Master;s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Audra worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for athletes of all ages.  She then spent three years teaching fitness to children of many ages in North Carolina while coaching women’s soccer in NC, winning a state title, under the Gatorade Soccer High School Coach of the Year, Ray Fumo.  She was a professor in the Exercise Science Dept at Quincy University from 2010-2017.  Audra is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  On November 10, 2012, Audra was inducted into the Eastern Illinois University Athletic Hall of Fame.
