Sport Specific Yearly Training Schedules:

Whether your sport is in the Fall, Winter or Spring we have created a guide that shows you exactly when and how long to utilize each training program.

Yearly Training Programs

With your membership to ECT, you will have training programs for preseason, inseason, postseason, offseason and summer. Each program is created to help your team build a solid foundation over the course of the year and peak at the right time.

Level System Programming

In our team training programs, we have multiple levels for each program. This allows your upper level athletes to train alongside your younger athletes. We currently have 3 levels in our team training.

Progressions & Regressions

Within each training program, we have built in progressions to keep your team hitting new goals and continuing to make progress. Have an injured athlete? No problem. Use our regressions to allow the athlete to keep training as much as they can to speed up their recovery and insure they don’t miss a beat.

Coaches Community

Join in on our coaches community and get to know other coaches that have the same desire and passion to help their teams get better and become championship caliber teams.

Monthly Coaches Membership Call

Each month, we will jump on a video call to answer any questions you may have with your programming, exercise selection, team/player specific questions, or etc.
